Late projects are not always due to poor schedule maintenance or even scope change, but are a combination of many variables. Please discuss in detail, when you were late for a scheduled activity or provided an assigned task late. Provide the surrounding variables around the reasoning for being late and things that could have been done to prevent it. Post your initial response to the discussion question no later than Thursday 11:59 PM EST/EDT. You will not be able to see any of your classmates' posts until you have posted your initial response.
